A comprehensive restoration of a once-derelict Victorian house in South London, focused on honoring the property’s architectural heritage through meticulous technical and aesthetic upgrades. To preserve the home's original character, we installed traditional sash windows with lead and cord weights, utilizing slim-profile double glazing to enhance thermal performance without compromising the period aesthetic.

The interior transformation features grand eight-foot paneled doors and deep, traditionally moulded skirting boards that echo the Victorian era. Behind the heritage finishes, the property received a complete modern infrastructure overhaul, including new plumbing, plastering, and electrical systems.
