The complete restoration of a derelict period property into a grand, light-filled family home. This project focused on a meticulous strip-back to the building's original Victorian roots, prioritizing structural rescue before breathing life back into its historic proportions.

The interior was entirely reimagined for modern life while honoring its heritage, featuring masterfully reinstated decorative cornices and grand, high-profile skirtings. By balancing these traditional, character-rich elements with contemporary luxury—including bespoke patterned tiling and a standout marble shower room—we transformed a neglected, crumbling shell into a sophisticated residence defined by its timeless elegance and seamless flow.
