A comprehensive restoration and refurbishment of a Victorian flat, executed in collaboration with French designer Rachel Groves. 

This project focused on returning the property to its original grandeur through bespoke joinery, new structural openings for taller, wider doorways, and artisanal parquet flooring throughout. A complete modern overhaul—including two bathrooms and a bespoke kitchen—delivered within a classic period framework.
