A masterfully executed refurbishment that reimagined a derelict one-bedroom apartment as a sophisticated two-bedroom residence with a private study. Working in close collaboration with architects, we utilized a high-end palette of marble, hardwoods, and copper to deliver a space defined by material contrast and light.

Beyond the aesthetic finishes, the project involved complex engineering—specifically the integration of an innovative high-pressure water system and the delicate restoration of a signature roof lantern.
